Daily Duties at Alaska Growth Capital :
Managed all appropriate functions of compliance administration required to ensure that AGC’s interests were secured and maintained. Responsible for ensuring that AGC complies with all SBA, USDA, PLP, FHA, VA rules & regulations. Perform internal audits on all funded loans to assure we met the standards of the CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) and BSA (Bank Secrecy Act). Subject Matter Expert in budgeting and forecasting for all Corporate Subsidiaries which has annual revenue 800 million a year. Act as the main point of contact between AGC and the government guarantee agencies during agency audits. Ensure compliance with company operational procedures/policies. Serve as primary liaison with the State Bank Examiners and the guarantee agencies or loan participants.
