 Perform analysis (profitability, cost pool impacts, forecasts) on all company projects on a monthly basis.  Interfaced with the VP of Operations, the operations team, and management toward program support and ensuring that contract compliance measures and deliverables are developed and initiated.  Managed relationship with Defense Contract Audit Agency and other Federal Agencies  Oversaw tracking and reconciliation of vendor monthly invoices totaling over $800,000 for 6 subsidiaries.  Establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with management to allow for adequate tracking of direct and indirect costs.  Subject Matter Expert in budgeting and forecasting for all Corporate Subsidiaries which has annual revenue 346 million a year.  Reconciled monthly GL's & vendor aging.  Directed development of templates and gathering of data to provide analysis and support for tracking of key benchmarks across the group of subsidiaries.  Established a cost control structure with management to allow for adequate tracking of direct and indirect costs.  Propose contractual actions for conformance with FAR and DFAR requirements and procurement practices.
