Account Management ▪ Manage $79.1M Pratt & Whitney account, a division of United Technologies ▪ Transportation Management System (TMS), IT integrated savings initiative, consulting with 600+ Pratt & Whitney external vendors/suppliers ▪ Manage multiple supply chain projects contributing to $3.7M savings ▪ Divisional supply chain negotiation and conflict resolution ▪ Manage global logistics operations of Pratt & Whitney supply chain; including SDS & Non-Product shipping, expedite (Andon/AOG), and claims/recovery. ▪ Manage $3.2B global movement of Pratt & Whitney OEM product including: commercial/military aircraft engines/stands/modules, and thrust reversers ▪ Manage outsourcing for Pratt & Whitney Global Logistics operation processes to off-site Transportation Management Center Team Management ▪ Define Strategy and Execution inclusive of business requirements, operational resources, and training ▪ Resource planning and staffing requirements ▪ Individual Development Plans and Succession Planning ▪ Annual Performance Reviews
