Daily Duties at American Lighting And Signalization:

Developed, evaluated, and revised safety and health programs, policies, procedures and communications for approximately 150 employees and numerous vendors located throughout 11 states. Conducted safety and skills training programs for new/existing employees and provided oversight to third party training programs. Interfaced with all personnel to develop and implement safety programs, processes and procedures. Identified operational safety concerns and submitted recommendations to improve internal controls to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Investigated, tracked, and perform root cause analysis of all safety events, and determined where existing policies/procedures required change or when new one needs to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion. Coordinated and conducted field environmental, health, and safety compliance audits to ensure compliance with State, Federal and local regulations and company policies. Collaborated with field and management personnel to identify and implement solutions to audit findings.
