Daily Duties at Systems Plus:
Developed a Concept of Operations to support the evolution of a fully integrated process for tracing, managing and monitoring information technology investments for the Department of Labor – ESA Division of Information Technology Management Services (DITMS). To resolve problems generated by the proliferation of technology–based, decentralized environments, I included a gap analysis between current programmatic and operational needs and the characteristics of proposed enterprise architecture as mandated by Federal IT architecture initiatives. The plan presents a business-driven blueprint recommending best practices to deliver IT resources by taking advantage of advances in technology and to develop measurements and processes required for managing organizational change.
