Daily Duties at Astra Zeneca:
Responsibilities included managing my own chemistry lab with two direct reports, goal-setting and career growth/development for associate scientists, project management and recruiting. Co-management of cross-functional development team to ensure execution of project plans. Designed and implemented experimental approaches to answer scientific questions associated with the project. Managed chemistry CROs (Syngene, Adesis, GVK Bio) and an internal chemistry group (7-10 FTEs) supporting the project.
