As acting Outdoor Wireless Product Manager: Write marketing & product requirements documents (MRD/PRD) that enable the company to deliver leadership products. • Partner and work closely with Sr. Executive Management to develop clear forward-looking product strategies. • Have strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of the P&L to develop strategies and programs to drive increases in revenue and profits. • Collect, analyze and respond to product feature requests for existing and new products • Prepare positioning and selling strategies. • Provide sales support by demonstrating our systems to key customers on-site or at home office. • Participate in customer visits, sales calls, tradeshows and conferences. • Work with Sales and Marketing Communications to create effective educational, promotional and training programs. • Identify new product ideas and improvements for the product line, build the appropriate business case to justify the investment, and manage the process to gain approval for project funding. • Deliver both internal and external presentations on status and future strategies for the product. • Work with Marcom to develop marketing/sales/press materials, etc. • Create product transition and end-of-life strategies
