Instituted best practices for full trade life cycle (Front end Sales to Trade execution to Final settlement). Implemented operation management techniques at all bottlenecks through process. Accomplished all operational duties daily from completing trade executions (Contracts & X-Clearing) to regulatory requirements (Trace & TRF), Owned trade break management cycle to ensure timely settlements and client satisfaction. Evaluated Edgar documents on Bloomberg to uncover new issues and value bond covenants. Worked directly with institutional clients and the front & middle office to provide financial advisement and negotiate convertible bond trade pricing and hedge (versus stock, options, or CDS). Authored and booked bond trade tickets (DTC clearing), reporting bonds to FINRA trace system and stock trades to NASDAQ TRF (ACT).
