Daily Duties at Princeton Review National Call Center:
Upon the sale of my Regional Franchise to the Princeton Review national franchisor (see below) I was given the project of building and staffing a national call center in Houston while managing and consolidating their New York and California Centers. I recommended the phone system (equipment and design) negotiated the lease, designed the layout, hired and supervised the contractors, staffed and trained the center to full operational capacity. Trained staff in needs assessment and consultative sales.
