Daily Duties at Loral Aeropspace :

• Hired in as General Training Specialist to contract and promoted to assignment Training Specialist for the Reliability Department reporting to Director of the department as well as the Director of Training and Development. • Coordinated and conducted distance learning meetings and training sessions as part of NASA wide training needs analysis for all SR&QA Engineers training curriculum. • Designed and delivered New Employee Orientation Program. • Facilitated in-house delivery of soft skills training including: time management, team development, and presentation skills. Received consistent excellent rating on training evaluations. • Certified in Peter Senge’s Fifth Discipline Training Program • Lead for vendor selection and implementation of custom training database system. Responsible for the analysis of system requirements and compliance to contract requirements and writing vendor evaluation requirements document. • Conducted job analysis and development of individual training plans and tracking of completed training programs for entire contract to feed into training database system. • Implementation of resulted in excellent rating by NASA monitor which impacted monetary award to contract for annual grading period. • Responsible for identifying training vendors and programs as requested by managers • Selected for internal mentoring program by supervisor for management development. • Rated with highest performance rating and rate increase cycle available within the training department for two consecutive years.
