Daily Duties at Ci Technologies:
Developed innovative solutions for drawing systems, production layout, process control metrics, and design versus “as-built” validation to allow company to pursue ISO:9100 certification. Implemented Lean Six Sigma and lean process improvement tools to streamline shop floor production, minimize downtime, and improve first-time manufacturing quality, resulting in significant cost savings. Utilized MES and MRP software to develop BOMs, change orders, work procedures, and assy build processes. Experienced in set-up and operation of light industrial machine tooling for high-precision alloy/composites.
