Direct numerous critical business areas throughout Central Florida driving continual business expansion for $120M in revenue. Manage 11 District Managers, establish individual and team goals, provide hands-on training to boost performance expectations, and deliver regular performance assessments. Maintain collaborative communication with personnel throughout supply chain to ensure efficient performance and complete customer satisfaction. Manage P&L, lead weekly field volume/labor forecast, and consistently identify improvement areas throughout operations to boost overall efficiency. Develop and execute Annual Sales Rally to deliver sales review and motivate and inspire employees regarding new products and initiatives.
