• -Adjusted environmental bodily injury & property claims from numerous jurisdictions throughout the US. -Reviewed complex coverage issues & issued reservation of rights/non-waiver correspondences as appropriate. -Worked with defense counsel in development of litigation strategy on many cases. -Performed fee and expense review on files -Negotiated settlements and attended mediation session as indicated to achieve desired resolution. -Secured reserve and settlement authority as indicated via presentation to management. -Maintained diary and comprehensive five notes on all claims.
