Daily Duties at Shell Services International:
Drafted a business plan for identifying previous Shell organizations to provide competitive cost and value to deliver their training needs. • Oversight of daily training administration activities which delivered over 50 courses a year. • Wrote drafting of Strategic Business Plan for external client business for department. • Oversight responsibility for two outsourced training database contractors maintaining training schedule, course enrollments and delivery coordination. • Worked with senior and mid-level managers to identify training needs, identify vendors and coordinate delivery of over ten large training programs in the year I worked there. • Develop working relationships with managers in at least five departments internal to Shell Oil to develop or maintain training business.
What they like about Shell Services International:
The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
