Customized Investment Advisory services include, but not limited to: • Customized investment strategies, creation of tax efficient holding structures and off-shore real estate funds for non-US residents, • Financing, workouts, dispositions and acquisitions which include seeking investment grade real estate opportunities, performing financial and market analysis, issuing LOI’s, negotiating contracts along with legal counsel. • Negotiating, sourcing investment opportunities, coordinating the due diligence process, financial and market analysis, and finalizing the transaction on behalf of the client. • On behalf of the institutional client, the company also provided loan and property portfolio performance workouts, portfolio evaluations, and underwriting and market analysis. • Portfolio Strategic recommendations.
