• Managed and implemented programs, policies, and practices to ensure that all departments were in compliance with current laws and regulations, as well as all terms of Deferred Prosecution Agreement and Corporate Integrity Agreement. • Collaborated with functional departments, as well as the Service Needs Review Committee to ensure that the annual needs assessment was implemented, so as to meet business needs with regard to engagement and training of healthcare professionals in an efficient and compliant manner. • Responded to requests for information and documentation from members of the Federal Monitor team. • Participated as a member of a high performance management systems team focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness of Compliance processes pursuant to the company’s core values.
