• Member of management team responsible for successfully transitioning the company from compliance with terms of Deferred Prosecution Agreement to compliance with terms of Corporate Integrity Agreement. • Specialize in project management and audit and monitoring of various company processes. • Work with cross functional teams to ensure that global business needs with regard to healthcare professional consulting are met on an annual basis within the confines of the annual consulting budget. • Participate as a member of a high performance management systems team focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness of Compliance processes pursuant to the company’s core values. • Work with members of the Compliance team and cross-functional groups to develop and implement web-based Compliance systems necessary for documentation of consultant engagements, sponsorship opportunities, and consultant contracts. • Develop and conduct global Compliance training.
