Daily Duties at Hertz:

Responsible for daily operations, fleet availability, and revenue generation. Developed and maintained an effective marketing plan which details the steps to take in order to improve the success of the branch. Detailed inspection, maintenance & repair fleet. Operated and maintained computerized fleet management system. Managed multiple locations in Westchester area including on-site corporate locations. Developed a strategy designed to help the employees meet the monthly revenue management goals. Completed performance reviews on all employees and held meetings (coaching sessions) with the individual to discuss strengths and weaknesses. Maintained a high level of customer service such that the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the store is at or above the field average. Promote safety training on the job to minimize and avoid work-related injuries. Provided Human Resource (HR) support by completing new hire paperwork and online training courses. Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of payroll and personnel record keeping. Developed a team focused primarily on business development and revenue growth. Consistently increased yearly revenue at the branch since 2007. Managed Profit and Loss Statements and strategically controlled expenses and increased assets through sales, marketing, and by training and developing employees to achieve goals. Managed the revenue per car and utilize the branch fleet such that the revenue generated is at the maximum level. Controlled & maintained labor costs such that the branch is operating at the optimal level of efficiency.
