Daily Duties at Star View Wrap Around :

I assisted mentally handicapped, emotionally disturbed, and Level 14 outpatient children and their families in building lasting and successful housing, vocational, educational, and treatment experiences. Throughout the span of my case management, I developed treatment plans for troubled youth and their households. As a Facilitator, I was responsible for coordinating the services rendered by all of the community and state service providers to outpatients.
