Daily Duties at Chicago State University:
Work independently on mapping the mutation responsible for a novel Ataxia in mice. Collaborate with PI on planning future experiments to complete mapping project. Perform molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, primer design, gel electrophoresis, QRT-PCR). Maintain stocks of routinely used reagents and buffers.
