o Provided Level 1 Symitar and client support, including troubleshooting system problems. o Provided telephone assistance with software applications, assisted with document applications and document problems. Resolved and directed questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously. o Initiated incident tickets, routed to appropriate department Director, and acted as point of closure ensuring that the related issue had been resolved before closing the tickets. o Made follow up calls to check on customer satisfaction. Notified client of both planned and unplanned system outages/restorations. Interfaced with other departments for continuing product development input. o Provided and participated in cross-training as required. o Acted as a resource for product specifications. o Assisted and supported area personnel as needed. o Kept management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
