o Tested all aspects of software from the perspective of functionality, usability, reliability, integration and performance. o Assisted in diagramming processes and provided documentation of QA activities as needed. o Validated and verified compliance with system specifications, standards, documentation of test plans, and quality plans. o Worked proactively with development teams to ensure built-in quality throughout the entire project development and implementation process. o Maintained an in-depth understanding of the software products from a functional testing standpoint. o Made suggestions to increase efficiency in QA and to ensure that deadlines were met. o Identified and championed resolution of quality issues.
