Began as CSR for inbound call center, making customer air reservations and assisting with general needs Promoted to Supervisor of team of 20 CSR’s. Member of recruiting team; screened and hired new employees. Coached, monitored and mentored team on call handling standards, meeting sales quotas and maintaining call standards of availability and off phone activity. Accepted promotion to Customer Service Training Supervisor and transferred to Baltimore for opening of a new call center. Developed and delivered training materials Conducted new hire and recurrent training in an inbound call center of 250 employees. Assessed quarterly training requirements through monitoring and coaching. Represented Customer Service at system wide sale fare launches
