Daily Duties at American Red Cross Of Greater Ny :
Temporary job following the events of 9/11 in New York City Co- managed and documented donations received for victims and their families in an ad hoc call center. Coordinated the scheduling of 30 professional social workers who traveled to the families’ homes and conducted needs assessments for aid. Managed the financial support dispersed to the victims' families. Authorized to disperse funds and approve payouts to family needs.
