Designed, developed and implemented three week extensive new hire training class. Created more than 50 step by step work procedures targeting medical diagnostic account managers Analyzed skills through call monitoring and Voice of the Customer (VOC) and developed performance plans Continuously made training recommendations to management staff and conducted refresher trainings Employed WBT, role playing, assessments and games and webinars and virtual classroom techniques to encourage adult learning and build community within the classroom. Assessed organizational training needs throughout the year Motivated employees to foster and develop an healthy working climate by developing their skills to their fullest potential Maintained all training records for attendance and audit purposes Worked directly with cross functional teams to launch new customer focused initiatives Responsible for preparing quarterly management reviews which included Key Performance Indicators, Order accuracy, customer complaint data, phone performance data and updates on improvement initiatives Handled audits; wrote audit reports for upper management: closed action items
