Advertising Analyst (February 2010 – Present) • Review and approve advertisements, sales literature, websites, business cards, sales correspondence submitted by the representatives and Division Managers. • Advise representatives and Division Managers of modifications required to meet internal and external requirements or regulations. • File materials with FINRA advertising regulation department as required. • Performs research to supply appropriate information requested by regulatory inquiries. • Participates on the Commitment to Excellence Team to improve broker dealer customer service. Customer Service Representative (March 2009 – February 2010) • Received Service Champion 2009 nominated by NEXT representatives. • Provided quality servicing to a high volume of inbound registered representative calls using CRM. • Processed redemption, contribution, exchange, and transfer trades through Net Exchange Pro. • Coordinated with different departments to resolve representative issues. • Opened New Accounts in Net Exchange Pro. • Handled overflow from other departments.
