Daily Duties at S&P Dow Jones Indices:

Next Year Budgeting and IT group cost tracking Project planning and management, business analysis, status reporting to senior management. Vendor analysis, selection, communication and management. Requirements gathering and documenting, current process evaluation and diagramming, future process design and diagramming, solution proposals, test case creation, User Acceptance Testing coordination and execution. - Performed requirements analysis and change management on the new Equity End-of-Day Index Calculation Engine for Europe and Asia. Coordinated user testing and training to global staff and implemented structured methods to provide improved and timely progress and issues status to Executive Management. - Implemented a global Equity Security Master and Pricing data maintenance and validation process comparing two data sources using Security Identifiers to match securities. This process replaced a manual Excel process executed by Operations manually downloading data from a secondary source and comparing it with the system captured primary source.
