Next Year Budgeting Project planning and management, business analysis, status reporting to senior management. Vendor analysis, selection, communication and management. Requirements gathering and documenting, current process evaluation and diagramming, future process design and diagramming, solution proposals, test case creation, User Acceptance Testing coordination and execution. - Coordinated the launch of a number of new Global Long/Short Equity Hedge products analyzing the characteristic and building a new business/system process with IT and various Operations team. Global products required coordination/communication with BGI Investment teams in San Francisco/London and Custodians and Prime Brokers in different geographical locations to agree on information sharing formats, methods and timings. - Reviewed, analyzed and re-designed the Cash Management/Cash Projection workflow. The old process contained redundant and inefficient processes using End User tools created separately for Trade Processing fees, Management fees, Client Orders and Margin Account managements. The reviewed process replaced majority of the End User tools by strategic systems reducing process time by 50%. - Analyzed and improved the Client Report generation process that required heavy manual data manipulation to handle client proprietary data requirements. The improved process eliminated manual data amendments replaced by systematic solutions and accomplished a performance improvement by 50%.
