Daily Duties at Lexis Nexis (Wmbs, Sales Group):
Support field and inside sales organization on account management and troubleshooting assignments to enable development of strong customer relationships needed to retain and grow revenue. Support Sales and Marketing by providing business intelligence to aid development/enhancement of product plans and pricing. Utilize multiple data sources such as WebTrends and Google Analytics to research information and create reports showing trends in the clients’ Internet Marketing Campaigns such as Search Engine Optimization Campaigns, Pay Per Click Campaigns etc. Create proposals, client presentations and marketing materials to aid effective communication of the company’s products. Analyze contracts to uncover clients billing issues and create detailed billing breakdown spreadsheets to facilitate rectification of the billing issues. Manage POS database to ensure accurate reporting, analyze monthly sales results and aid in forecasting revenue. • Liaison with the account managers to understand clients’ business and strategy; Respond to RFPs by working with the product and pricing teams to create proposals that address clients’ business needs and effectively showcase company’s abilities to meet those needs. • Coordinate across teams to finalize work activities and milestones for new and renewed accounts. Set up meetings, document and track action items and manage day-to-day tasks and deliverables to provide clients with well-designed and superbly executed internet marketing campaigns. • Utilize multiple data sources such as Web Trends and Google Analytics to research information and create reports showing trends in the clients’ Internet Marketing Campaigns such as Search Engine Optimization Campaigns, Pay Per Click Campaigns etc. • Responsible for tracking contractual fulfillments for the accounts, work across teams to troubleshoot issues and make recommendations for process improvements. • Analyze clients billing issues and create detailed billing breakdown spreadsheets to facilitate rectification of the issues. • Run queries on the CRM database to provide business analytics reporting to aid development/enhancement of product plans and pricing.
