Lead commercialization of proprietary technologies for recovery of ammonia from waste water. As engineer and manager, advanced the core technology and the rollout of two new products. This required close project management of one dedicated engineer and technicians as needed. Products were delivered within schedule and budget. Presentations at numerous professional settings advanced acceptance of these technologies. This required both formal PPT presentation, and direct communication with industry leaders to gain credibility for products.
