Daily Duties at Us Army Recruiting Battalion Salt Lake City :
Principal advisor to the battalion commander on all areas of the organization with emphasis on training and development, mission accomplishment, Soldier well-being, standards and discipline, compliance, evaluations, staffing, and counseling. Train, mentor, and coach 11 key leaders and change the organization to meet and exceed mission requirements. Standard bearer for professionalism and development.
