o Oversee holding company and daily operations of three subsidiaries employing a staff of 36. o Creating, developing, and launching franchise model of existing business. o Three franchises opened to date w/additional units in varying stages of development. o Reorganized company by strategizing and executing a rollup of three locations and franchising opportunities under one corporate umbrella in order to successfully attract investors in 2009. o Analyzed, strategized and salvaged two troubled locations implementing operational, strategic and marketing changes to turn them into profitable operations. o Streamlined company to eliminate unprofitable operations. o Operate as chief executive by developing long range vision, goals and direction of company as well as day-to-day operations. o Develop marketing strategies, create and write advertising (print, TV, online ads, blog and radio), and public relations messaging. o Offer Operations and Training Manuals, marketing materials, live training, hiring support, and ongoing program support. o Create online continuing education program for franchise owners. o Supervise and oversee HR, accounting, and programming departments. o Identify and develop community outreach programs and support fundraising for non-profits (Make-A-Wish, Backpack Buddies, Girls on the Run, Shoes for Souls, Trackout Tummies, among others) through RightTime KiDS’ marketing channels.
