Daily Duties at I Sd Logic:

•Evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency, planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment. •Defining network policies and procedures, establishing connections and firewalls. •Performing network monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning. Troubleshooting network problems and escalating problems to vendors. •Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation, maintaining documentation. •Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs, providing references and support. •Upgrades network by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. •Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations. •Provide technical consultant, system analysis and technical solutions to clients •Manage customer visits, analyze client's needs •Provide high level support to distributor / reseller and customers •Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems and applications support). •Supports server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications. •Performs technology needs analysis. •Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources. •Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan. •Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.
