Daily Duties at Accordus Inc. :

- As CTO – Dr. Greenwood was recruited to turn around a failing Supply Chain Management start-up company in Silicon Valley. After 2.5 years the company had not produce a product or identified probably customers after burning , spending $40 million investment Capital. Dr. Greenwood as new CTO and VP of Engineering with a new CEO, Abe Kleinfeld, turned around the company with the remaining $7M in investment funds. We reduced the company from 50 people to 15, and launched a new approach, new market, and created and developed a new technology supply chain company. The new team, working with Apple’s and MaxStor’s supply chain operation team we targeted a delivered a supply chain automation product that greatly enhanced the speed and resiliency of the supply of high-technology goods; global manufacturing base. After delivering the prototype products to a launch customer, the effort was put on hold. In 2003 we closed the company caused by the collapse of the Venture Capital investment pool; from the Dot.Com failures from 2001 through 2004. Dr. Greenwood and a partner purchased the Accordus technologies; and Accordus was shut down for lack financial support.
