Daily Duties at Aac Utility Partners:
• Oversee the OCM teams for multiple utility Customer Information System (CIS) implementations consisting of Organizational Readiness, Organizational Alignment, Communication, Training and Support, and Stakeholder Management work streams. Services are provided virtually and on-site • Lead the development of the company's change management methodology, practice and coaching of remote team, including templates and sales materials • Project manage and facilitate a variety of internal and external training workshops related to Technology Implementations, Training, OCM and Project Management
