Daily Duties at Ati Enterprises (Ati Schools And Colleges):

Manages day-to-day resolution of personnel challenges; develops annual packages and educates employees on several healthcare policies and programs. As VP for Human Resources and Benefits is responsible for all aspects of the human resources function, including but not limited to conflict resolution, labor and employment law, EEOC responses, FMLA, ADA, training, organizational development, oversight of benefit administration, compensation, recruiting, succession planning, career planning, and performance management. The VPHR will drive negotiations and management of grievances, changes or modification of conditions of employment and work rules, etc. to minimize friction and legal exposure. Working with Executive Leadership, the VPHR will ensure HR initiatives are tied closely to strategic business objectives.
