Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin Corp:
• Provided daily Counterintelligence (CI) and administrative support to a Special Access Program located in the Washington D.C. Area. • Collaborated on the development, writing, staffing, and coordination of all steps of a Signature Reduction program for the client. • Assisted in the development and application of threat reduction methodologies to sensitive operations. • Produced and tracked numerous forms of documentation in support of personnel deploying on worldwide operational missions. • Supported Intelligence Community training programs and participated in exercises. • Coordinated with national level agencies and organizations for collaboration and to track actions. • Managed and updated specialized databases to track actions and personnel. • Utilized MS Office Suite on a daily basis to produce correspondence in Word, created, tracked and maintained databases and spreadsheets in Access and Excel, and created briefings and presentations. • Backfilled for section administrative personnel on a regular basis. • Traveled as necessary to fulfill client requirements. • Knowledgeable of security classifications and secure office functions and requirements.
