Profit and Loss responsibility for $90-$100 MM in linear, bearing, and seal product lines, designed and implemented promotional and marketing campaigns to increase sales in Automotive, light industrial, pharmaceutical, and consumer electronics market segments, interfaced with manager and VP level professionals to establish supplier relationships, negotiated and managed supplier contracts and rebate programs, complete responsibility for all aspects of the procurement process from initial supplier contact to market suitability and product line roll out, develop and support pricing strategies to correctly position products to industrial markets, lead and trained cross-functional management and sales teams, product offering review and selection including setting inventory and reorder levels, addressed and resolved supplier nonconformance notices and delivery issues, responsible for the development of local and national industry pricing strategies, analyze and determined the impact of supplier price changes on profitability, analyze monthly and quarterly industry sales performance, monitor the pricing and profitability structures of existing customers within an industry and recommend pricing strategies for new customers, carried out assigned research into various pricing and profitability issues.
