Daily Duties at Icg Commerce:

• Provide category knowledge and sourcing leadership to build effective category strategies. • Apply quantitative methods to assess lowest total cost, negotiate the proper blend of price, service, and commercial terms, then measure and track the benefits. • Achieve EBITDA goals through effective supply management of MRO, including source selection, negotiation, contract implementation, and compliance management. • Drive working capital improvement initiatives to enhance cash flow. • Implement effective processes to improve contract adoption and compliance across multiple operating locations. • Demonstrate proactive methods for monitoring the supply base and the market to anticipate potential supply disruptions in order to mitigate risk. • Support the development of a technical roadmap for Procurement, leveraging spend analytic tools for maximum benefit. • Gather, document, and communicate market intelligence to support business units. • Lead cross-functional teams to identify viable alternative sources, conduct product / supplier evaluations, and implement solutions. • Negotiate, review, and recommend execution on all MRO supplier contracts. • Day to day supplier issue resolution • Supply chain and inventory management • Establish and evaluate long and short term goals in alignment with organizational objectives
