Daily Duties at Dollar Stop:

I was an independent business owner of a non-franchised Dollar Store, responsible for all aspects of running a business, which included writing the business plan, securing the initial products, supplies, etc. I conducted interviews and hiring of employees, and was responsible for developing and implementing a viable work schedule. I was required to interact with the customers to ensure that my staff and I continually provided a level of customer service that ensured a positive relationship with the community and a high degree of customer satisfaction. I handled all of the ordering of merchandise, conducted inventories and ensured that my store was well maintained at all times.
