Daily Duties at Microsemi:
Lead financial role in supply chain industry directly responsible for the full spectrum budget and financial management supporting the Division by providing critical financial planning for budget, forecasting, variance analysis, analyzing financial performance metrics, and financial modeling. Gather business requirements to analyze and solution, through the development and creation of complex report writing and queries, to deliver effective management information for the business while working closely with cross-functional teams & multiple business disciplines, including Sr. Management. Interpret business activities for risk and opportunity to provide guidance on business results and cost management. This includes critical financial reports, budgeting operating spends, headcount analysis, production, operational and inventory trend reporting. Conduct internal audits in support of company compliance for key inventory intiatives relative to the manufacturing and inventory control processes. Able to link financial results to operational performance drivers, through advanced analytical/problem solving skills to produce quality solutions in a self directed organized manner.
