Managed 2 offices and staff of 50 as well as 250 contract therapists Established Policies and Procedures governing all programs within the agency Designed and Supervised Quality Assurance programs Administered facility based multi-disciplinary therapy clinic comprised of 10 therapists and 2 clinic supervisors Coordinated home-based multi-disciplinary evaluation sites for Early Intervention and Committee on Preschool Special Education Fostered maintenance of all programs as they related to Federal and State Mandates as well as differing regulations governing Suffolk, Nassau and NYC Initiated Staff Development Programs for therapists and teachers Developed Marketing and Outreach programs that included attending job fairs, web site development, creation of brochures and flyers
