Daily Duties at United States Air Force:
• Number one Training Team in the United States Air Force South-Eastern Region • Primary manager, supervisor and adviser for all training, staffing, and marketing. • Manages training with 8 recruiting regional directors and 67 recruiters. Manages, motivates, trains and coaches entire team. • Conducts management and training visits to 67 recruiters, 47 offices, throughout Florida, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands • Manages training records documentation. • Responsible for annual training operations budget of $200K. • Organizes and manages annual three day training meeting for entire staff. • Manages acquisition of the accession of high-quality recruits to meet Air Force enlistments and officer commissions. Manages preparation training for new recruits. • Provides guidance for decisions regarding personnel actions, human resources, goal allocation & marketing plans • Coordinates national events to include air shows, NASCAR, MLB, and NFL with other organizational levels with-in the Air Force and outside agencies • Initiate and execute contract negotiations for marketing services • Valid SECRET clearance—January 2016
