• Manages and conducts training with 6 recruiters and 7 local administrative staff in geographically separated location. • Manages, motivates and coaches entire team. Sole trainer; guides, trains and develops staff in all area of expertise. • Trains staff on Applicant Tracking System. • Identifies necessary job duties, qualifications and skills for job openings and Performs background checks • Reviews and recommends qualified candidates for opening positions • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges, technical schools and job fairs. • Evaluates qualified candidates through the Internet resumes from job boards and through advanced resume search techniques. • Ensures effective communications with Program Managers and administrative staff. • Responsible for the integrity of the Personal History File (PHF) to be given to the operating department within assigned department. • Lead team members for department to provide work direction and completion of assignments. • Manages and conducts full cycle recruiting and training.
