Daily Duties at Gilmore Academy:
I lived in the resident hall with the students and acted as a mediator between the parents and the academy. Responsibilities included anything from tutoring Math and Science to shopping with a resident for a prom dress! This was one of my most rewarding experiences.

Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
