Daily Duties at Accoun Temps:

 Responsible for monitoring and reporting accurate inventory levels, freshness report of product (FIFO/LIFO).  Evaluate daily reports pertaining to product shortages and overages.  Use experience and judgment to evaluate the products ability to cover internal and external orders in coordination with logistics.  Reconcile the inventory records between multiple software systems (SAP, WMS & DLx) to confirm the validity of the stock available.  Participate in Daily DC meeting to discuss, inventory, logistics, LSC (load shipping compliance), KPI (Key Performance indicators), dock schedule, transportation scheduling and roadblocks.  Prepare a daily pre-cut report which anticipates current and future product shortages. Precursor to resource requirements.  Process the daily dock report to evaluate the next day’s orders. Sets the hierarchy for the distribution of product.(Local, national & international)  Various other daily activities
