Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable :

•Project Manager for the Business Analyst team to develop requirements, configuration and system integration process for Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Projects, Assets, General Ledger. • Developed Change Control procedures and managed initial implementation for PeopleSoft 8.4. •Managed Service Pack 8.4/SP2, including PeopleTools upgrade, project coordination and test plans to complete successful upgrade. •Delivered an optimization model for each system, created use cases to identify proposed solutions. •Developed revenue collection process using Application Engine, PeopleCode and SQL to upload billing system files in detail to create GL entries to complete the monthly activity tracking. •Led design and coordinated development for Asset and General Ledger data conversion/input processing into PeopleSoft for the Adelphia Cable acquisition. •Coordinated conversion and audit for asset and tax books into PeopleSoft Asset Management. •Led extensive audit review with Tax department for correct asset verification between systems. •Developed nVision reports for GL system utilizing Trees, to report on each stage of the close process. • Manager for a staff of programmers and analysts for financial systems, including Capital Projects, Fixed Assets, Projects, Accounts Payable, Expenses and Subscriber Tracking System. • Upgraded AP, Assets, Projects, General Ledger, Customer System s Interface, following the GL system conversion. Expanded Asset tax books to meet Federal and State law changes and business expansion. • Led major AP, GL, and Asset systems conversion for Warner Cable to merge systems from two organizations. Assets were the main conversion for history to reflect the GAAP and Tax books.
