Daily Duties at Waste Management :

•Outline and successfully develop PeopleSoft 9.0 training for Purchasing, eProcurement, GL and Assets. Identify system enhancements and how the user procedures are affected by business process changes. Developed MSWord templates, Job-Aids and guides for Instructor Led Training and web-based training. completed detail development for an eProcurement training manual based on a new pilot implementation and identify and train to all the custom requirements previously identified. Then deliver the training to IT. •Successfully developed Training utilizing UPK interactive tool training for GL and Assets Management for PeopleSoft 9.0. Identify enhancements and include in the system training for new and advanced users on these existing systems. •Prepare class outlines based on curriculum for instructor led and distance learning, including Job Aids and Power Point presentations. •Work as a team member with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) on training to cover ePro, GL, Assets applications.
