Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente:

•Lead users to convert Pharmacy ordering and inventory into a format for converting items for implementation to Prod environment. Includes Account structures, security and user change management. Demonstrated extensive work with pharmacy personnel to complete the conversion activities and successful activities prior to go-live for each regional location. •Lead activities with General Ledger team to setup and confirm accounts and within pharmacy. •Leading the Pharmacy Inventory conversion presenting the new tools to establish the new ordering structure for new order processing in each pharmacy supporting the new system for a regional implementation, while managing issues for each hospital and clinic location. •Functional analyst for both the AP, GL and SCM teams for User Acceptance Testing(UAT), Utilizing Integration Broker to complete the load process for setting up the new locations for the 13 pharmacy areas. Work with Electronic Data Interface (EDI), Vendor conversion and support, Component Interface development, following the steps for implementations to numerous locations. •Utilized PeopleSoft Query and SQL to diagnose and solve issues in the conversion process to meet account, security, SOX. •User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for both AP, GL and SCM, built test scripts utilizing Quality Center tracking daily user activity, reporting progress to satisfy SOX requirements and defined requirements, identify defects, to be resolved and re-tested. •Lead User Acceptance Test (UAT) for Accounts Payable teams for corporate and regional groups, utilizing Quality Center to identify and track testing, confirm successful results and SOX confirmation. •Accounts Payable Analyst conducting Fit-Gap, producing system requirements, process flows for numerous interfaces and system enhancements. •Vendor Analyst to prepare Vendor data for conversion, coordinated and validated vendors for conversion and implementation. •Prepare and deliver implementation and deployment training including job-aids for Purchasing, eProcurement, Inventory and Receiving including 3-way matching, •Utilizing the AtPar handheld inventory system to count, issue, order and receive for the warehouse and various Par locations. Utilized the AtPar system for Pharmacy go-live activities for ordering, receiving, counting and request orders. . AP Lead for Consolidation project to look at current system status and all interfaces, recommend changes and improvements, such as eliminating old interfaces and consolidate data interfaces, recommending new features that can show benefits.
