Daily Duties at United States Military Academy, Us Army:

• Planned, organized, and directed a multi-project, multidisciplinary research program in the development and application of photonics technologies. Coordination of research activities with academia, industry and government. • Supervised the maintenance, management, scheduling, and budget of the center to include over $8M in capital equipment and $700K in budget. • Leader and technical advisor for acquisition program offices, research agencies within the Army's Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM), and West Point.
